Google AJAX Search API
Google has a great API interface that allows you to create search interfaces with AJAX. This includes video, search, and mapping interfaces, or all together.
Honestly this is one of the places where AJAX has really been built upon. There are tons of cool things you can do to your websites with these samples and documentations from Google. No blog about AJAX should be without it.
